Role Description: The Real Estate & Policy Intern/Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. This junior role provides administrative support, data collection, analysis, and reporting related to affordable housing projects, financing programs, and organizational performance. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project application completeness, summarizing documents, maintaining shared files, preparing spreadsheets, assisting with financial and program analysis, and administrative duties to support senior staff.
