Role Description

The Real Estate & Policy Intern/Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. This junior role provides administrative support, data collection, analysis, and reporting related to affordable housing projects, financing programs, and organizational performance. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project application completeness, summarizing documents, maintaining shared files, preparing spreadsheets, assisting with financial and program analysis, and administrative duties to support senior staff. The Real Estate & Policy Intern/Analyst will help review project proposals, support due diligence efforts, asset management of the multifamily portfolio, and assist in tracking key metrics, timelines, and compliance requirements. The role also involves collaborating with team members on special projects, contributing to process improvements, and supporting presentations and written materials for leadership and partners.
