• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; experience with spreadsheets and basic financial calculations.
• Proficiency in data and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Adobe Acrobat tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Interest in affordable housing, community development, public finance or related fields; prior internship or entry-level experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, public administration, urban planning, marketing, business, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for affordable housing projects and financing programs.
• Review project application completeness and summarize documents for leadership.
• Maintain shared files and prepare spreadsheets; support financial and program analysis.
• Assist with due diligence, asset management of the multifamily portfolio, and tracking key metrics, timelines, and compliance.
• Collaborate on special projects and process improvements; assist in presentations and written materials for leadership and partners.
