This is a full-time, on-site internship starting approximately January 7, 2027 and ending approximately May 21, 2027.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis beginning late September 2026. Initial interviews are expected to begin in early to mid-October 2026, and we anticipate completing the majority of hiring decisions by late November 2026 for Spring 2027 internships. The Development Intern supports analysts, associates, developers, and project partners throughout the real estate development process. This position assists with market and acquisition analysis, financial modeling, financing and tax credit applications, project planning, construction administration, and other activities related to the development of affordable housing communities.
