Job summary

CoStar Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Associate Photographer to shoot residential properties and create 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans. You will work with Matterport Pro3 and standard photography gear to capture compelling spaces for Homes.com and Apartments.com.

The role requires 2+ years in photography, real estate experience, and a valid driver’s license. Drone certification is preferred. Expect a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment with remote management and defined territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in photography or related field.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 drone license/certification preferred or required within 30 days of offer.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 and photography gear.
• Build a portfolio to showcase homes and apartments for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate with clients, sales, researchers, and management to set priorities.
• Identify new inventory and ensure complete real estate data coverage.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards and professional representation.
