Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in Milwaukee, WI to capture 3-D virtual tours and high-quality photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will work with Matterport Pro3 and traditional photography to build a compelling property portfolio, coordinating with scheduling and client teams.

This role requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain an FAA Part 107 license within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional photography experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 License or ability to obtain within 30 days of offer.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3.
• Photograph residential properties for marketing purposes.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management.
• Identify new inventory and ensure data coverage in assigned territory.
