Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in Milwaukee, WI to create 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and high-quality photos for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will manage defined territories, schedule visits, and work closely with clients, sales, and logistics to ensure comprehensive real estate data coverage.

The role requires real estate photography experience, 2+ years in photography, and a valid FAA Part 107 license.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• 2+ years of professional photography experience.
• Experience as a professional photographer or recent photography degree.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D tours and photographs for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Build a portfolio of property photos for marketing.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch to maximize appointments.
• Communicate with clients, sales, and management to set priorities.
• Survey markets to identify new inventory and properties to photograph.
• Follow CoStar safety standards for equipment and vehicle.
