Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer to cover Vallejo, CA, providing photography, 3-D tours, and floorplans for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will work with Pro 3 Matterport equipment and tablets, serving a core territory and clients in our marketplace ecosystem.

The role requires at least 2 years of professional photography experience, real estate photography expertise, and a valid driver’s license. You may need a FAA Part 107 drone license within 30 days of offer.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• FAA Part 107 license to fly drones is expected within 30 days of offer.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours, floorplans and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Build a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
