CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in San Jose, CA to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will work with scheduling and dispatch teams, ensuring timely appointments and high-quality imagery.

The role requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver's license, and a FAA Part 107 license or in-progress. You will represent CoStar professionally on site and in client interactions.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in real estate photography.
• FAA Part 107 Drone license required or in process.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication with clients and sales teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules.
• Comfort with data entry and field reporting.

Responsabilités

• Capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Identify new inventory and properties to photograph.
• Adhere to safety standards and professional conduct.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner during engagements.
