Job summary

CoStar Group in San Jose, CA is seeking an Associate Photographer to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You’ll work with Matterport Pro3 cameras, coordinate with clients, sales, and dispatch teams, and help expand property data coverage in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires real estate photography experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license; FAA Part 107 drone license is required within 30 days of offer.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 license required within 30 days of offer.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 cameras.
• Take residential photography for marketing homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers and management.
• Identify new inventory and ensure complete market coverage.
• Follow safety standards to safeguard equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
