Job summary

Rialto Capital, a fully integrated real estate investment management and asset management company, seeks an Analyst to support the Performing Loans group. You will provide analytical and underwriting support to senior team members across credit analysis, borrower requests, and portfolio management, ensuring compliance and active monitoring of performing loans.

You will develop hands-on experience with loan documentation, property-level financial analysis, and the credit approval process across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field.
1+ years of CRE underwriting, loan servicing, or related experience.
Advanced MS Office proficiency; strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
AI fluency: ability to use AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity while validating outputs.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and structure complex real estate and financing transactions.
Draft credit memo and present findings to senior management.
Underwrite borrower requests from review through closing.
Perform property-level credit analyses including DSCR, debt yield, and cash flow modeling.
Assess operating performance via rent rolls, operating statements, and leases.
Abstract third‑party reports and loan documents to identify risks and obligations.
Communicate with borrowers, counsel, managers, and internal stakeholders to close transactions.
Ensure borrower requests comply with loan documents and governance.
