Job summary

Rialto Capital is seeking a proactive Associate to support underwriting and asset analysis across a diverse real estate portfolio. You will collaborate with Asset Managers to build cash flow models, analyze budgets, and assess market trends.

The role requires travel for site inspections and the ability to work with AI-enabled tools to streamline research and deliver high-quality findings. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Real Estate/Finance and 1+ years in CRE underwriting or loan

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field.
1+ years in commercial real estate underwriting, loan servicing, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
AI-enabled tools usage to enhance productivity and analysis with good judgment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Asset Managers to develop cash flow models and business plans.
Underwrite acquisition and existing loans, including re-underwriting positions.
Analyze property-level operations via budgets and performance metrics.
Conduct market research on sales, leasing activity, and local trends.
Support foreclosure processes and asset disposition through analysis and closings.
Perform property site inspections with periodic travel across the U.S.
Apply AI to research, synthesize data, and validate outputs.
