Job summary

Rialto Capital is a real estate-focused investment manager seeking an Analyst - Direct Lending in Miami to join the Private Credit team. You will analyze property operating performance, review operating statements, rent rolls and leases, and help underwrite potential loan opportunities.

You will prepare valuations, cash flow analyses (DCF/IRR/NPV), and support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to the executive team, working on site in Miami.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 0-2 years of real estate experience including underwriting and due diligence.
• Strong understanding of loan documents.
• Broad commercial real estate experience across multiple property types is a plus.

• Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the executive team.
