Job summary

Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a Closing Associate in Princeton, NJ to coordinate all aspects of the closing process for tenanted property acquisitions.

You will work with Investment and Credit Teams, counsels, and title companies, reporting to the Vice President, Closing and Development. Expect to manage due diligence, closing tasks, and post-closing support, with in-person office presence four days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate or a similar field; commercial real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the closing process for acquisitions.
• Drive the acquisition process from LOI to close and manage timelines.
• Review due diligence, closing documents, and post-closing support.
• Review and prepare closing settlements and related documents.
• Maintain electronic transaction files and closing documentation.
• Assist with post-closing activities as needed.
