Qualifications

• 2–4 years total experience: Real estate or industrials in IB/PE
• Associate at a real-estate-focused mid-market or upper-mid-market PE fund
• Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Build a working financial model of an assigned real estate transaction from a synthetic deal document pack
• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions
• Peer-review two anonymized models against a fixed criteria with a written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard
