Job summary

Mercor is hiring experienced private equity associates to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack. You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions.

Additionally, you will peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors on the same transaction, provide a short written rationale for each review, and complete a review scorecard.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years total experience in relevant finance roles.
• Currently or recently an Associate at a real-estate-focused mid-market or upper-mid-market PE fund.
• Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template.
• Fluent English
