• Associate at a real-estate-focused PE fund.
• Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Build a working financial model of an assigned real estate transaction from a synthetic deal document pack.
• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions.
• Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, with a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard.
