Job summary

Frontdoor is seeking a Market Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate partners across Virginia. You will align with internal teams to deliver timely solutions, drive orders, and meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will travel as needed, engage executive sponsors, and represent the Frontdoor brand at events. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years of sales experience in home services or real

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact and build long-term relationships with real estate partners.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, stakeholders and sponsors.
• Provide timely responses via email, phone, presentations, and meetings.
• Execute daily sales and customer-service activities to meet objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with partner needs.
• Support national relationships within assigned territory to meet contracts.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Continue professional development and represent the brand at events.
• Track account metrics and log sales activities in CRM.
• May take on additional duties as assigned.
