Real Estate Partner Attorney – Boston
A leading national law firm is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Partner to join its Boston office and play a significant role within a sophisticated, established real estate practice.
This opportunity is well suited to a senior attorney with a strong commercial real estate background who is looking for a platform that offers high-quality work, national resources, and the opportunity to continue developing a substantial practice.
The successful candidate will advise developers, investors, owners, and other market participants on complex real estate transactions and development matters. The practice spans acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, commercial leasing, land use and zoning, and related strategic real estate matters.
In addition to leading sophisticated transactions, the Partner will manage key client relationships, provide strategic counsel on complex matters, and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth of the practice. The firm offers a collaborative environment where established partners can leverage a broader platform while maintaining significant autonomy over their client relationships and practice development.
Candidates should have approximately 12–20 years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong track record representing developers, investors, and owners. An established or portable book of business is required. Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and client-management skills are essential.
Candidates must hold a JD, have previous experience working in a law firm, and be admitted to practice and in good standing in Massachusetts.
Compensation is expected to be in the range of $300,000–$500,000, with the ultimate package dependent on experience, practice profile, and the size and quality of the candidate’s historical and portable book of business. Additional performance-based compensation may also be available.
For an experienced real estate partner seeking a strong national platform, sophisticated mandates, and meaningful scope to grow an established practice, this is a compelling opportunity in the Boston market.
