Job description

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Partner to join its New York City office. This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand a sophisticated real estate practice, advising developers, institutional investors, private equity funds, REITs, lenders, and corporate occupiers on complex commercial real estate transactions across asset classes.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, construction and leasing transactions, financings, restructurings, and real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The role also involves significant client relationship management, team leadership, and active participation in the continued growth of the firm’s real estate platform.
