A well-established law firm in Boston is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its growing practice. You will represent clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, assist with acquisitions and dispositions, and handle leasing matters.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of commercial real estate experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced transactional environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and/or real estate finance.
• Law firm experience preferred, especially in fast-paced transactional work.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
