  • Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
  • Advise clients on financing structures, including construction, acquisition, mezzanine, and syndicated lending.
  • Structure and negotiate joint ventures, partnerships, and entity formations for real estate investments.
  • Oversee land use, zoning, permitting, and entitlement matters with local authorities.
  • Provide strategic counsel on development projects from inception to completion.
  • Advise on distressed assets, workouts, restructurings, and real estate-related insolvency matters.
  • Play an active role in client development, relationship management, and practice growth initiatives.
