Qualifications

• 3-6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

• Experience with due diligence, title and survey review, and transaction closings.

• Meaningful responsibility from day one.
• Direct exposure to sophisticated clients and high-value transactions.

I'm working with a highly regarded California law firm that is looking to add a Real Estate Attorney to its growing team in Los Angeles.

Overview:

• Work on sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions & dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and real estate finance matters
• Handle meaningful client-facing responsibilities and transaction management from start to finish

Compensation

• From $225,000 base salary
