Position: Recruitment Specialist

Location: St. Petersburg, FL (Remote options available)

Requirements:

1. US Citizens and Green Card holders will be considered only on W2.
2. Ability to obtain Florida Authorized House Counsel, if resides in FL and not a member of the Florida bar.
3. Must have regulatory experience in Fixed Income Capital Markets and knowledge of trading agreements (ISDAs, MSFTAs, Repos).
4. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) with excellent academic credentials and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in the relevant practice area(s) (law firm, regulator or self-regulatory organization, and/or in-house in a related area involving financial services industry preferred).
5. Member in good standing in at least one state bar.
