Plona Partners in Tampa, FL seeks a senior commercial real estate paralegal with a minimum of five years’ transactional and financing experience in a law firm setting. You will support title examinations, prepare title commitments and policies, and coordinate with title companies to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include due diligence reviews, handling commercial closings, drafting deeds, mortgages and financing statements, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate transactional and financing paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with title insurance, including examination of title and survey, preparation of title commitments and policies, and working with title companies regarding issuance of title commitments or policies.
• Experience with due diligence reviews of documents.
• Experience with handling commercial closings and preparing related documents, including UCC financing statements, closing instruction letters, and closing documents and binders.
• Experience with drafting and preparing deeds, mortgages, financing statements and other real estate transactional and financing documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic recordings and official records searches.
• Experience with the formation of corporations, LLCs and other entities.
• Strong organization skills and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct title insurance examinations and coordinate with title companies to resolve issues.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + OT and bonus

Duties include, but not limited to:

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate transactional and financing paralegal experience in a law firm setting
• Experience and proficiency with matters pertaining to title insurance, including examination of title and survey, preparation of title commitments and policies, and working with title companies regarding any issuance of title commitments and policies or working to resolve title issues.
• Experience and proficiency with due diligence reviews of documents
• Experience and proficiency with handling commercial closings and preparing related documents, including, but not limited to, UCC financing statements, closing instruction letters, and closing documents and binders.
• Experience and proficiency with drafting and preparing deeds, mortgages, financing statements and other real estate transactional and financing documents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic recordings and official records searches
• Experience with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other entities
• Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate with clients and to work independently
