The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential real estate paralegal experience, handles a high volume of closings, and manages closings from start to finish while collaborating with lenders, clients, attorneys, title and accounting teams to keep files moving smoothly.

• Experience working with a high-volume of closings.
• Experience managing closings from start to finish.
• Tech Savvy.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with lenders and clients on all files in pipeline.
• Assist in solving issues that arise on files.
• Prepare fee quotes for lenders.
• Prepare all closing documents once cleared to close.
• Work closely with attorneys, title and accounting team.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling closings.
• Knowledge of Qualia, preferable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills being able to multitask and prioritize.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
