Job Opportunity: Real Estate Paralegal

A mid-sized law firm is expanding its real estate department and is currently hiring an additional full-time, permanent Real Estate Paralegal. Benefits include 100% group medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO (holidays, sick, vacation), yearly bonus, and other incentives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of real estate paralegal experience and possess knowledge of title & escrow. Applicants with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of real estate are encouraged to apply. Title Closers or Title Agents with experience in title work, along with a certificate or degree in legal studies, may also be considered based on their experience and education.

The department handles various matters including real estate contracts, disputes, litigation, title closings (residential and commercial), land use, development projects, and more. The firm also occasionally represents mortgage lenders or banks. Litigation experience is not required for this position.
