Diamond Personnel represents a prestigious national law firm in seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support complex commercial real estate transactions in a hybrid environment.

You will assist attorneys with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, title and survey reviews, due diligence, closing documents, and coordination with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction process.

Qualificações

• 6–10 years of commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience.
• Strong experience with title and survey review, due diligence, and commercial real estate closings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and work independently.

Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal.

• Locations: Chicago, IL | Denver, CO | New York, NY | St. Louis, MO | Irvine, CA
• Salary: $118,000–$150,000 (depending on location and experience)
• Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Conduct title and survey reviews, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage due diligence materials, closing checklists, and transaction documentation.
