Godot Consulting Group is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a fully remote role. The candidate will support attorneys across acquisitions, sales, and leasing, performing due diligence, drafting and reviewing documents, and managing transactions from inception to closing.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate, strong written and verbal communication, and excellent organizational skills to handle a varied workload remotely.

A leading firm specializing in commercial real estate is currently recruiting for a knowledgeable Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their dynamic team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal capacity focused on commercial real estate transactions. The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing. Key duties include conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing documents, managing transactions from inception to closing, and maintaining organized files. The role requires a proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills to effectively manage a varied workload.

Essential Functions
