LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our client’s team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This position supports commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and related business transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage competing deadlines and complex transactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, including commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with entity formation and preparation of organizational documents.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support attorneys with CRE acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and borrower- and lender-side loan transactions.
• Prepare and revise transaction documents, closing checklists, signature packets, resolutions, certificates, and closing binders.
• Coordinate due diligence, title and survey review, escrow requirements, and closing deliverables.
• Assist with entity formation, organizational documents, entity maintenance, governance, and restructuring matters.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, title companies, escrow officers, and other participants.
• Monitor deadlines and outstanding items to keep transactions moving toward closing.
• Maintain organized electronic transaction files and handle post-closing distribution and final closing sets.

Salary: $75,000-$95,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage competing deadlines and complex transactions.

• Monitor deadlines and outstanding items to keep transactions moving toward closing
• Maintain organized electronic transaction files and handle post-closing document distribution, recording follow-up, and final closing sets

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including commercial real estate transactions
• Borrower-side and/or lender-side commercial real estate lending experience preferred
• Experience with entity formation and preparation of organizational documents
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, anticipate needs, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, document management systems, and transaction-closing processes
