Job summary

LHH in the Greater St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support commercial real estate transactions, land acquisitions, corporate governance, and related legal matters. This role is based in the Greater St.

Louis area with a base salary of $80K–$100K per year. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of CRE paralegal or related law-firm experience, strong experience reviewing title reports, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal, title company, or related law firm experience.
• Strong experience reviewing title reports and real estate documentation.
• Knowledge of real estate, title, and county recording practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

A growing organization in the Greater St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support commercial real estate transactions, land acquisitions, corporate governance, and related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and track land options, purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate documents
• Assist with commercial real estate closings and due diligence
• Review title work, legal descriptions, surveys, and recording documents
• Coordinate with title companies, outside counsel, vendors, and internal teams
• Track key dates, deadlines, signatures, and transaction documentation
• Support corporate governance and contract management matters

Additional Information:

Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
