LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our client’s team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This full-time, onsite role for six months of training offers a remote option (3–4 days per week) after training and demonstrated proficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal experience in CRE, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, including commercial real estate transactions
• Borrower-side and/or lender-side CRE lending experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, DMS, and closing processes

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with CRE acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and borrower- and lender-side loans
• Prepare and revise transaction documents, closing checklists, signature packets, resolutions, certificates, and closing binders
• Coordinate due diligence, title and survey review, escrow requirements, and closing deliverables
• Assist with entity formation, organizational documents, governance, and restructuring matters
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, title companies, escrow officers, and other participants
• Monitor deadlines and outstanding items to keep transactions moving toward closing
• Maintain organized electronic transaction files and distribute post-closing documents

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage competing deadlines and complex transactions.

• Support attorneys with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and borrower-side and lender-side loan transactions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including commercial real estate transactions
• Borrower-side and/or lender-side commercial real estate lending experience preferred
• Experience with entity formation and preparation of organizational documents
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, anticipate needs, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, document management systems, and transaction-closing processes
