Job summary

Confidential Employer in Massachusetts is seeking a real estate paralegal to support residential and commercial transactions from contract through closing. You will prepare, review, and organize transaction documents while coordinating with attorneys, clients, lenders, brokers, title companies, and other parties.

Requirements include 1+ year of real estate paralegal experience, strong drafting and due diligence skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of real estate paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting residential real estate transactions; commercial RE experience is a plus.
  • Strong legal document drafting and review skills.
  • Knowledge of title insurance, closings, and due diligence.
  • Experience coordinating with lenders, title companies, brokers, and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Paralegal certificate, related degree, or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
