You'll support attorneys in managing residential and commercial real estate transactions from intake through closing - preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, brokers, and title companies, and keeping every closing organized and on track.
Your day-to-day will include performing due diligence, assisting with title searches and title insurance matters, tracking key dates and contingencies, and maintaining accurate files and checklists. You'll draft and review Purchase and Sale Agreements and other transactional documents, help resolve issues that pop up during closing, and make sure everything stays compliant with firm procedures and applicable law. You may also help maintain case management systems, communicate directly with clients and third parties, and lend a hand organizing estate planning documents.
Salary: $80,000-$105,000, Commensurate with experience.
