Job summary

Orion Placement in Boston is seeking an attorney with strong residential real estate experience to manage transactions from contract through closing. You will negotiate purchase and sale agreements, review title, and coordinate title clearing to ensure smooth closings.

The role involves direct client interaction and working with buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders. Active MA Bar license and 2+ years of relevant experience are required; JD not necessary.

Qualifications

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Location: Boston, MA — This is an in‑office opportunity, with attorneys generally working onsite five days per week. Some flexibility may be discussed based on individual candidate needs.

Note: Must have an active Massachusetts Bar license and hands‑on residential real estate experience, including negotiating residential purchase and sale agreements, title clearing, and conducting residential closings. A JD is not required for this position. Candidates from solo practice backgrounds are welcome, and more senior candidates are encouraged to apply.
