Confidential Employer in Massachusetts real estate law seeks an attorney to manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing, taking meaningful ownership of files and ensuring client interests are protected, with a service‑driven, client‑facing approach.

This in‑office Boston role calls for active Massachusetts Bar licensure and hands‑on experience with negotiating purchase and sale agreements, title clearing, and closings.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
• Negotiate and review residential purchase and sale agreements.

• Communicate directly with buyers, sellers, brokers, lenders, and other transaction professionals.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Location: Boston, MA — This is an in‑office opportunity, with attorneys generally working onsite five days per week. Some flexibility may be discussed based on individual candidate needs.

Note: Must have an active Massachusetts Bar license and hands‑on residential real estate experience, including negotiating residential purchase and sale agreements, title clearing, and conducting residential closings. A JD is not required for this position. Candidates from solo practice backgrounds are welcome, and more senior candidates are encouraged to apply.
