Responsibilities

  • Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
  • Negotiate and review residential purchase and sale agreements.
  • Review title and identify, address, and resolve title issues.
  • Coordinate and complete title clearing requirements.
  • Conduct residential real estate closings.
  • Communicate directly with buyers, sellers, brokers, lenders, and other transaction professionals.
  • Advise clients on legal and practical issues that arise throughout residential transactions.
  • Manage deadlines, documentation, due diligence, and closing requirements.
  • Resolve transaction issues using sound legal judgment and practical problem‑solving.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Note: Must have an active Massachusetts Bar license and hands‑on residential real estate experience, including negotiating residential purchase and sale agreements, title clearing, and conducting residential closings. A JD is not required for this position. Candidates from solo practice backgrounds are welcome, and more senior candidates are encouraged to apply.
