Confidential Employer in Tonawanda, NY is seeking an on-site Real Estate Paralegal to support residential and commercial closings from contract through closing. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and direct client service within a small, supportive legal team.

We require 1+ year of real estate paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. This is a hands-on position focusing on timely closings and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing.
• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain real estate transaction documents and closing materials.
• Coordinate deadlines, documentation, communications, and other details necessary to keep transactions moving forward.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Help ensure documents are accurate, complete, compliant, and ready for timely closings.
• Track multiple transactions and competing deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Provide proactive administrative and legal support to help deliver a smooth, client-focused closing experience.
