Job description

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Realty Technician and provide support to the Real Property Field Services organization. This position will support and receive guidance from the region's multiple Realty Specialists and Supervisory Realty Specialist.

This role primarily involves office work but may require fieldwork to support the Field Realty Specialists/Right-of-Way Agents within the region. Responsibilities include opening and closing land management cases, preparing Land Use Review Requests, conducting preliminary research, drafting documents for review by Realty Specialists, and preparing exhibits and maps.

This is a a 2-year plus consultant position with a high likelihood of long-term and ongoing employment. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence 1-2 days weekly in Portland, Oregon, with up to 25% field travel across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, western Montana, northern Nevada, northern California, and western Wyoming.

The hourly pay rate ranges from $28.32 to $30.32, including a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as the chosen compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's Degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in land management, including process development, planning, and execution
• Coursework or experience related to Real Estate principles, practices, precedent cases, and government real property procedures, rules, and regulations
• Knowledge of real estate documents such as Warranty Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Mortgages, Quit Claim Deeds, Liens, property title reports, and assessor/treasurer property information reports
• Knowledge of land management and acquisition templates
• Advanced skills in map and survey reading
