Daisy, a full-stack, AI-native property management company, is seeking an Operations Associate to own day-to-day transfers across condos, co-ops, and HOAs. You will coordinate with an offshore transfers team, residents, brokers, attorneys, and boards to ensure files are complete, accurate, and timely.

The role emphasizes high-volume, detail-oriented work with opportunities to grow into leadership within real estate operations. NYC familiarity is a plus, training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day transfers pipeline for sales, leases, renewals, alterations, and due diligence.
• Review the team's work for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Coordinate end-to-end processes from application to closing or move-in.
• Respond to due diligence requests from attorneys and lenders on time.
• Track fees, deposits, and related payments and flag missing items.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs with building staff and facilities.
