Griffin and Partners - Keller Williams Lakeside in Shelby Township, MI seeks a Real Estate Operations Manager to act as the day-to-day operational anchor. Job description

The Real Estate Operations Manager will serve as the day-to-day operational anchor for Griffin and Partners - Keller Williams Lakeside. This person will oversee transaction timelines, coordinate team workflows, improve systems, and make sure important responsibilities continue moving without depending on the Team Lead to remember or personally manage every detail.

The right candidate will be comfortable working hands-on while also thinking strategically. Initially, they will learn the team’s current transaction, listing, communication, and administrative processes. From there, they will help define responsibilities, lead daily operational meetings, improve accountability, document procedures, and support the implementation of new AI-powered workflows.

Position Details

• Employment: Full-time, W-2
• Compensation: Starting around $65,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no routine weekend work intended
• Location: In-office, Shelby Township, Michigan
