Job summary

RE Global is seeking an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day real estate operations, manage staff performance, and support the federal real estate program.

In this hands-on role you will supervise a team, ensure contracts, deadlines, and KPIs are met, and coordinate with clients and government stakeholders while driving process improvements and SOP development.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership in operations or business management.
• Real estate experience required.
• Experience supervising and managing employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn client-specific systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for real estate and federal contract activities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure deadlines.
• Supervise and coach staff; conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate with clients and government stakeholders.
• Prepare status updates and reports.
