Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to support our Occupancy Management business unit, partnering with federal leaders to drive strategy and program execution in a mission-critical environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive program, real estate, or portfolio management experience and 5+ years supporting large real estate organizations; responsibilities include performance, staffing, quality control, risk management, and government liaison.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible program, real estate, or portfolio management experience.
• 5+ years supporting large or complex real estate organizations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality work products are produced within timeframes established by the Contract, the performance work statement, and Contracting Officials.
• Serve as the focus of interface between government personnel for specific work teams.
• Coordinate operation and management of assigned programs according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Regularly communicate with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
• Regularly communicate with staff to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
• Regularly communicate with management regarding the program's status and any problems or potential problems.
• Forecast potential schedule delays and develop alternate plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on credibility, trust, and expertise.

Education

Experience in program/real estate/portfolio management

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Program Manager supporting our Occupancy Management business unit, working closely with senior leaders in the federal government to drive organizational strategy and execute mission-critical program management. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with at least 10 or more years of progressively responsible program, real estate, or portfolio management experience. They must also have 5 or more years supporting large or complex real estate organizations. This position will be responsible for the overall performance, work integration, staffing, quality control, risk management, and coordination with the Government.

Responsibilities:
