The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Program Manager supporting our Occupancy Management business unit, working closely with senior leaders in the federal government to drive organizational strategy and execute mission‑critical program management. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with at least 10 or more years of progressively responsible program, real estate, or portfolio management experience. They must also have 5 or more years supporting large or complex real estate organizations. This position will be responsible for the overall performance, work integration, staffing, quality control, risk management, and coordination with the Government.
