Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield invites you to join the EIC Operations Internship, an eight to ten week program designed to give hands-on experience in commercial real estate. You will support procurement, liabilities, and transitions teams, gain exposure to records management, reporting, and process improvements, and receive mentorship throughout the internship.

Applicants should be pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related fields with a minimum 3.0 GPA and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and basic reporting.
• SharePoint or Office 365 experience preferred.
• Professional and approachable communication with good customer service.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist department leaders by providing support across functions.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, keeping information up-to-date.
• Prepare and organize documentation for operations and reporting.
• Suggest process improvements and help implement solutions.
• Support additional department tasks as needed.
