Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield offers an 8–10 week Operations Internship designed to provide hands-on experience in commercial real estate. Interns work with department leaders, maintain records, prepare documentation, and help generate management reports.

Participants gain exposure to a global firm culture, attend virtual speaker series, and receive bi-weekly mentoring to guide their professional development in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; Excel, PowerPoint and Word for daily tasks and presentations.
• SharePoint or Office 365 experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in a professional, approachable manner.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and contribute to group efforts.
• Permanent US work authorization is required.
• Relocation or housing assistance is not provided for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist department leaders (Procurement Manager, Liabilities Claims Specialist Manager, Transitions team) with support across functions.
• Maintain accurate records and databases; keep information up-to-date and accessible.
• Prepare and organize documentation for operational activities; assist in generating reports for management review.
• Make recommendations and implement solutions for department processes.
• Assist in completing other tasks within the department as needed.
