Cushman & Wakefield offers an Operations Internship designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple real estate functions. Over 8–10 weeks, interns work on meaningful assignments, develop problem-solving skills, and take ownership of their work.

Interns join our Virtual Global Speaker Series for industry insights and professional development, and are paired with a mentor for bi-weekly guidance throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Majors in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support department leaders (Procurement Manager, Liabilities Claims, Transitions) with key tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Prepare and organize docs for operational activities and reports.
• Make recommendations to improve department processes.
• Assist in additional tasks as needed.
