FLF Holdings in New York seeks an organized administrative assistant to support its commercial and multifamily property divisions. You will correspond with tenants and investors, assist with inspections, and help with routine accounting tasks.
Responsibilities include processing invoices, handling leasing calls, copying and scanning documents, and supporting executives with various duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
We provide comprehensive management services for a diverse range of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail properties. Our services encompass all day-to-day operations, including:
1. Correspond with tenants and investors
2. Assist with inspecting properties.
3. Follow up on tasks assigned by company principal to managers
5. Respond timely to emails
6. Copy/Scan
7. Stuff Envelopes with checks (assisting with accounting admin tasks)
8. Answer leasing calls when necessary
9. Process invoices for approval
10. Assist company principal with occasional personal items
11. Other tasks assigned to you by company executives based on their admin support needs (COO, President, Owner, Senior VP, CFO, Controller, Senior Accountant, VP of Acquisitions, Construction Project Manager
12. Other tasks assigned to you as you learn the business
