Job summary

Altus Group’s US Valuation Advisory team in Chicago is seeking a Consultant to engage in daily valuation and analytics, focusing on property valuations. You'll oversee the quarterly financial statements, ensuring accurate projections while managing various client deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems like Yardi or JD Edwards. The role offers a flexible work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting and valuation experience in commercial real estate.
• CPA and/or MAI credentials a plus.
• Self-starter and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Review each client’s quarterly financial statements and oversee data import.
• Project each component of net investment income for the upcoming quarter.
• Manage multiple projects/engagements to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
