This hybrid role offers exposure to sophisticated financing transactions across markets and industries, with opportunities for growth and cross-office collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, 2–8 years real estate experience, and strong drafting and communication skills.

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–8 years of substantive experience in real estate law.
• Experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents.
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence.
• Strong analytical ability, top drafting and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Our client, a prominent internationalAmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented mid-level Associate Attorney to join theirnationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group in Century City, Dallas, or Los Angeles.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative, high-performing team advising on sophisticated real estate transactions across multiple markets and industries.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2-8 years of substantive experience in real estate law
• Demonstrated experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $235,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
