Our client, an international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group in Century City, Dallas, or Los Angeles.

The role offers a hybrid work model with responsibility for sophisticated real estate transactions across multiple markets, requiring strong drafting and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2-8 years of substantive experience in real estate law.
• Experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents.
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and other clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related documents.
• Conduct title and survey review, analysis, and resolution of related issues.
• Provide strategic guidance on real estate financing structures and risk mitigation.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing

• Demonstrated experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence
• Soft skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $235,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
